1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by OMNISTREAK s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic (Bratislava). When you use this site, OMNISTREAK s.r.o. is the data controller - meaning we decide how and why your personal data is used.
If you have any questions about this policy or about your data, you can reach us at:
Company registration number: 56875541

2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. We use this to reply to you. Nothing else.
Your message is sent via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes your data solely to deliver the message - it does not use it for any other purpose.
We keep your message for as long as it takes to complete our exchange, then delete it. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Analytics
This site uses PostHog, an analytics tool, to understand how people use the site - for example, which pages are visited and how long visitors stay.
PostHog is configured in cookieless mode. This means:
- No cookies are placed on your device.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not collect your IP address or other information that identifies you as an individual.
The data we collect (page views, approximate location by country, browser type) is anonymous and cannot be linked back to you personally.
PostHog data is stored on servers in the European Union (EU Cloud).
3. Who we share your data with
We share data only with the two service providers described above:
| Service | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Resend | Email delivery for contact form | United States - subject to Resend's Data Processing Agreement |
| PostHog EU | Anonymous website analytics | European Union |
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Object to how we process your data.
- Complain to a supervisory authority - in Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Changes to this policy
If we make any material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally if you are a regular visitor.
